KindlyPrompt is a product of Lightover, Inc. The short version: your voice never leaves your device, your scripts are stored so they can sync between your screens, we run no ads and no third-party trackers, and you can export or delete everything yourself.
Voice follow runs entirely on your device — the speech model downloads to your browser and audio is processed locally. No audio is ever uploaded, stored, or sent to us or anyone else. When a phone acts as the microphone for another screen, only the recognized text of your script travels between your own devices, encrypted in transit.
Your scripts (text and titles), so they can sync and persist. If you create an account: your email address and a salted hash of your password — never the password itself. If you subscribe: Stripe processes your payment and shares with us only what's needed to know your subscription status; we never see your card number.
No advertising, no analytics trackers, no third-party scripts in the app, no selling or sharing of your data, no reading your scripts except as needed to operate the service or as required by law. The only measurement we do: anonymous daily counters ("a script was played today", "voice follow was used today") with no user identifier, no session identifier, and no IP address stored — we count events, never people. You can watch these requests in your browser's developer tools; that's all there is.
Cloudflare hosts the service and stores data on our behalf. Stripe processes payments. Postmark delivers account emails (verification, and near the end of a trial). Each receives only what their job requires.
Anonymous scripts unopened for 90 days are deleted automatically. Account scripts are kept until you delete them or your account. Deleting your account cancels any subscription, deletes every script, and removes your data — self-serve, from the account page, no email required. You can download all your scripts as one file first.
One cookie, and only if you sign in: your session. No tracking cookies.
